Organization Pins

Guide your organization toward valuable AI tools. Pin up to 5 items that appear at the top of the chat launcher for everyone.

Why Pins Matter

When someone opens Aisle, they see:

  1. Admin pins (what you set here)
  2. Their personal pins
  3. Recently used items
  4. Everything else

Admin pins are prime real estate. They're the first thing everyone sees. Use them strategically.

What to Pin

Company-standard workflows - That customer feedback analyzer your product team built and refined over months? Pin it. Now everyone in the organization sees it immediately and can use it.

Frequently-used prompts - If 80% of your team uses the "Meeting Notes Summarizer" every week, pin it. Stop making them search for it.

New tools you're promoting - Just built a competitive analysis workflow? Pin it for a month to drive adoption. Once people use it and find it valuable, they'll pin it personally.

Critical business processes - That workflow that generates weekly reports for executives? Pin it so the right people can't miss it.

Training resources - For the first week of onboarding, maybe pin some tutorial prompts that help new users learn the platform.

How to Manage Pins

  1. Navigate to the Pins section in admin settings
  2. View currently pinned items
  3. Add new pins by selecting workflows or prompts from your library
  4. Arrange them in priority order (top pin appears first)
  5. Remove pins that are no longer relevant

Update this periodically. Pins shouldn't be static. As your organization's priorities change, your pins should change too.

Best Practices

  • Keep it to 3-5 items. More than that and you're not really highlighting anything.
  • Rotate pins to promote new tools or seasonal workflows
  • Ask team leads what their teams actually use frequently
  • Review usage logs to see which tools drive value

Remember: admin pins always appear first, before anyone's personal pins. Use that power thoughtfully.
