New: Integrations in Workflows
Workflow integrations are now in production! We will continue adding new integrations - you can always reply to this email with the best integrations for you. In the first batch:
- SupaData - Web & YouTube scraping
- AWS - Knowledge base access
- Reddit - Data scraping
To enable: Admins can turn on integrations via Organization Settings in the nav bar.

Recently Used Chat Launcher Improvements
Based on popular feedback - the recently used section of the chat launcher now features workflows, prompts and models.
Workflow Start UX Improvements
Developing workflows continues to get easier - the start node has been refocused to consolidate the different behaviours and be much easier to use, including:
- Consolidating workflow start variables and the ability to re-order
- Management of the Chat Entry point - and API access - in one place
- The ability to set follow-up workflows - where a user responds to a workflow message - is much easier to locate

Coming Soon: Workflows will support multiple entry points of the same type.
Logging Optional in Workflows + Prompts
Continuing on our pathway to being a businesses core AI layer - logging can now be optionally turned off in Workflows and Prompts. This allows you to distribute to your team with consideration for sensitive operations.

Prompt Create + Edit Improvements
Prompts are starting to take the centre stage as a core use case and driver for our users and team. The prompt creation and editing process has been heavily refined - including a de-focus on system messages (which remain optional) and prompt view page now showing key sharing and usage data.
