Google SSO, Email Verification, and Chat Improvements

Alex Blom
,

This release introduces Google SSO authentication, enhanced email verification for new registrations, and improvements to the chat experience including message retry and simplified conversation forking.

Google SSO Authentication

Aisle now supports Google SSO for authentication. Users can sign in or register using their Google account through the login page. Existing users can link their Google account through account settings.

For organizations using Google Workspace, this enables centralized user management and simplified onboarding.

Email Verification for New Users

Email verification is now required for all new user registrations. The verification process includes:

  • Immediate verification email on registration
  • 48-hour link expiration
  • Limited account access until verification is complete

This provides an additional security layer for workspace access control.

Chat Experience Updates

Several chat interface improvements have been implemented:

  • Message Retry - Failed messages can be retried without retyping
  • One-Click Forking - Conversation branching no longer requires a modal dialog
  • Enhanced Loading States - Clear visual indicators for file uploads and model processing

What's Next

Expanded file format support is coming soon, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word files directly in chat and workflows.
